Stay at 5-star lodge - Bay of Many Coves Resort by night and walk alongside bush clad coves and incredible landscapes by day.

    The Queen Charlotte Track takes in the magnificent sights between Queen Charlotte Sound and Kenepuru Sound in the Marlborough Sounds. It extends from Ship Cove in the north to Anakiwa in the south. The famous track leads through native bush along the ridgeline of hills between the sounds, offering spectacular views in every direction. This manageable itinerary incorporates gorgeous coastal views across native bush, walking between 4 and 8 hours a day. Marlborough Sounds is a collection of ancient sunken river valleys filled with the waters of the Pacific Ocean. Forested hills rise dramatically from the ocean around a winding coastline of sheltered inlets and sandy bays. The area has three main bodies of water - Queen Charlotte, Kenepuru and Pelorous Sounds which offer diverse scenery and shelter the habitats of myriad local bird and animal life.

    This is a lodge based walk. From your luxury accommodation at the acclaimed Bay of Many Coves Resort, travel each day to a different section of the Queen Charlotte Track returning at day's end to a luxurious one bedroom apartment with beautiful views over the bay. Here you will enjoy a 3-course dinner each night with wine.

    Your luxury tour includes 3 nights' accommodation at Bay of Many Coves Resort on a twin share basis (single supplement available at additional expense), all meals and snacks, private guided walks each day with an experienced and knowledgeable guide, all transport and return transfers from/to Picton.
