Enjoy an iconic sunset dinner cruise of Darwin Harbour and a scenic cruise of Corrobboree Billabong, home to the world’s largest concentration of saltwater crocodiles. Visit remote Aboriginal communities and learn about their culture and history while admiring some of the country’s best rock art. Discover the Northern Territory’s largest marine park and the world’s first wetlands of international importance. Visit colonial ruins dating back to the 1800s. Fish for the legendary Barramundi and hunt for mud crabs – eat your fresh catch! And, at night, look up and admire some of the world’s most starry skies. 

    Onboard the Ghan, you’ll stay 3-nights’ in a private Gold Twin Cabin. The Gold Twin features upper and lower berths that convert to a three-seater lounge by day with a private ensuite. Your cabin is the perfect place to relax and recharge before heading for the lounge or dining carriage. Amenities include power outlets and in-cabin music channels and journey audio commentary.

    Pre and post your tour of Kakadu, Arnhem Land and the Cobourg Peninsula, you’ll stay in a 4-star hotel on Darwin’s waterfront. During the tour, you’ll stay in a mix of bungalows and canvas safari tents in the heart of Kakadu National Park. While basic, your bungalows and safari tents are clean and functional, and designed to capitalise on the natural beauty of the surroundings. These accommodations have hot showers and eco-friendly toilets and most other amenities you may need. 

    This once-in-a-lifetime journey includes 10-nights’ accommodation on a twin share basis. Along the way, you’ll enjoy delicious, regionally inspired cuisine, fine wine and beverages.
